‘The Hobbit 3′ Scheduled For July 18, 2014 | Deadline
Furthermore the 2nd movie has a new title, as does the third. They breakdown as follows:
- The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey - Dec 14, 2012
- The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug - Dec 13, 2013
- The Hobbit: There and Back Again - July 18, 2014
So, I just thumbed through my 1997 Houghton Mifflin edition of The Hobbit, and it would appear that the first movie covers pages 1-181, the second movie is pages 182-272, and the third movie is Peter Jackson farting.
Since it’s supposed to be a summer release, I anticipate that it will be explosive.
Peter Jackson once made good movies. It’s good to remember that sometimes.
Can we accept that those other three sucked too now?
