Jon's Ego (in print form!)

Just a few things I’d like to point out about this trailer:

1. The tagline appears to actually be, “THIS JANUARY…IT HAPPENED BEFORE…IT’S HAPPENING AGAIN.” You can almost feel the marketing guy yawning and falling asleep as he writes that.
2. The title is “Texas Chainsaw 3D.” They apparently don’t even have room for the word “Massacre” anymore. That’s ok. “3D” is plenty scary.
3. They’ve given up on making this remake series period films anymore. Fine. Save your money on costumes cheapskates. So, I guess this is gonna be Leatherface’s son now? Since you already said he was born in 1939 in the last movie?
4. Tobe Hooper’s 1974 masterpiece The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remains one of the greatest horror films ever made which is still shockingly effective to this day. The Michael Bay-produced remake series remains one of the most offensively awful abortions released on cinema screens.
