Four years ago, Sean Clements, Ellie Kemper, Emily Axford, and I shot a video for The Colbert Report. It’s called “Voter Abstinence” and you should check it out! We play “Teens.”
I remember this! I was interning there at the time! If I remember correctly, there was a lot of effort put into turning a prop closet into a “teenage girl’s bedroom.” Also, that “‘Vote’ McCain” joke before the video may have been the first appearance of Gabe’s hipster character who appeared throughout the Fall and was hilarious every time.
Now, let’s all just sit back and think how amazing it is that I totally transitioned that internship into a successful career in television that I’m enjoying to this very day.
I’ve got to go now! Because I’m totally at my job! Which I have!
