Turns Out Everyone’s Miserable Always

Recently, I was on a trip with a diverse bunch of people. The first night, someone made a lighthearted joke about one of the girls. The girl laughed and said, “See? This always happens! No matter who I’m with, I’m always the one in a group that everyone else makes fun of!”

Instantly, nearly everyone else responded, “No! That’s ME!!!”
